Strength & Conditioning Classes with Carl Green (Bodymotion NI).
The large gym at Methodist College Belfast (Methody), beginning this coming Wednesday, 1 February, from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. £4 per-member.
This Wednesday class will run initially for four weeks over the month of February.
Running Physio talk with Thomas Leitch

BRC is delighted to host a talk from local physio Thomas Leitch, who is based at Body & Sole on Holywood Road, East Belfast.
Thomas will talk to members on how best to prevent common injuries as you chalk up the miles and intensify training. The talk will also include advice on running strength and conditioning, as well as an opportunity to ask Thomas any questions you may have. Members are encouraged to bring along a foam roller and a yoga / pilates mat to practice techniques.
